This is a quick application for your convenience. You will be asked to sign our regular one-time application at your first event you participate in with us. Let us know if you have any questions.** Please fill out then email us your display photo. We use the display photo to market your business to private communities to acquire approval. Things they look for 1. Presentation (No wrinkled table covers, your business name either a sign or branded cloth, floor length is best, very clear, less is more – if you have a busy background be sure you can crop the photo) 2. Your overall display (No single photos of product, no brochure photo to represent your product, no “join my team”, No ask me …. Remember, this is a free service from us to market (jury) you. Keep it simple and less. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own business which includes Fl State sales tax. I understand if I cancel an event, I receive NO REFUND. I understand if I want event insurance due to unforeseen reasons, this is my responsibility. I understand if I am selling can be put on skin, rather I operate under Florida cottage laws or have appropriate business licenses, I assume full responsibility for any claims that may arise in general or product liability. I hold harmless any event managed by SWFL Vendor Events and the venue or location owner of the event or property where the event is located, from any and all claims that may arise from my product, my behavior, my display or setup location such as a tent falling on someone. I understand that I am advised to get my own insurance to protect myself and my business for SWFL Vendor Events is not responsible. I understand that SWFL Vendor Events insurance does not cover me or my products.
